1. Shipping Fee

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden charges or additional shipping costs at checkout.

2. Shipping Area

We currently only ship to the Contiguous United States. Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

3. Order Cut-off Time

Our order cut-off time is 9:00 AM (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time.

• Orders placed before 9:00 AM will begin processing the same business day.

• Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

4. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

5. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

We partner with reliable carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, the estimated shipping time is 3 - 7 business days.

6. Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. For most orders within the United States, the total estimated delivery time is 4 - 10 business days. Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by external factors such as extreme weather or carrier delays.

7. Taxes & Duties

For all orders shipped to the United States, the price displayed at checkout is the final price. MOJGAR is responsible for all applicable import taxes and duties. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon the arrival of your package.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's progress directly on the carrier’s website.
