The Mojgar commercial ice maker produces 36 square ice cubes per 10–18 minute cycle, with each cube measuring approximately 0.86 × 0.86 × 0.86 in. A 33 lb insulated storage bin keeps plenty of ice ready for home bars, cafés, coffee stations, parties, and food preparation.
Tap Water or Bottled Water
Choose the water source that works best for your space. The dual water inlet system supports both a direct tap-water connection and a compatible bottled-water supply through its self-priming system. Connect it to an existing water line in a kitchen or bar, or use bottled water in locations such as garages, basements, pool houses, patios, and entertainment areas where a dedicated water line may not be available.

Gravity Drain Installation
This model uses a gravity drainage system and does not include a drain pump. For proper drainage, install the drain hose continuously lower than the machine and connect it to a suitable floor drain or gravity-drain outlet. Before first use, keep the unit upright for at least 24 hours after delivery.
