Keep drinks cold and service moving with up to 200 lb of square ice per day. The machine produces 60 ice cubes in approximately 10–18 minutes per cycle, with each cube measuring about 0.86 inches on each side.

A floor drain or suitable drain connection below the machine's drain outlet is required. A drain pump is not included.
For proper drainage, keep the drain hose positioned below the outlet without upward bends. After delivery, leave the machine standing upright for at least 24 hours before first use.
